About Robin Lyon-Gardiner

Robin Lyon-Gardiner is a New York City real estate expert and longtime Upper Westside resident who is as passionate about her work as she is about her community. Her 30-plus years living on the Upper West Side and experience raising two children on West 76th Street gives her in-depth, invaluable knowledge of the neighborhood. Robin has also helped clients buy and sell properties all over the city, from Harlem to Tribeca, Soho, and Brooklyn.

Robin offers clients expertise that goes beyond mere properties; she is also the ultimate go-to resource when it comes to recommending area schools, doctors, shopping, transportation and more. Because she loves her home so much, she has a great appreciation of loving where you live, and wants the same for every client.

Robin's intensive market knowledge is matched by her unsurpassed listening skills that allow her to effectively match buyers with the best-suited properties. Quite often, buyers have purchased the first home she's showed them - that's how much time she takes to understand her clients' needs. Robin also knows how to price her sellers' properties accurately and competitively to achieve the highest return within the current market. And no matter what side of the deal you're on, she draws on her super-sharp negotiating skills (honed in her performing days) to ensure everyone the greatest value.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate broker, Robin spent 20 years on Broadway as a singer/ actress/dancer - something she wanted to do since age 16 when she saw her first Broadway play. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Musical Theatre then made her dream come true, as she does today for her real estate clients. The discipline, energy, dedication and attention to detail she brings to her work have won her many loyal clients who continually use her services, and wholeheartedly recommend her to others.

Robin's favorite role in life is being a mother to Madison and Michael, her inspiration. Michael is attending Ithaca college and playing on the men's tennis team, while Madison will be attending Harvard Law School in the fall. Raising a family in NYC has made her an expert in family needs, a real asset for her sellers and buyers with families. Robin is active as an auctioneer at school auctions and hoping to return to the stage with her one woman cabaret show in the very near future!
